An AI-native operational layer for a staffing agency
An agent-driven operational layer for a staffing agency, replacing a stack of disconnected tools.

The situation
The agency's operational work was spread across a handful of subscription tools that did not talk to each other, so context lived in whichever tab it had been created in and nothing survived between sessions. The obvious fix — another integration platform — would have added a fifth vendor and a fifth bill.
What the work involved
- Built the workflow as a single agent with durable memory and its own task queue, so work in progress survives between sessions instead of resetting.
- Consolidated research, enrichment, drafting, and follow-up sequencing into one system rather than a chain of per-seat subscriptions.
- Kept an auditable record of every action the agent takes, so the team can see what happened and why.
- Delivered the whole stack to the client outright — no per-seat licensing, no credit tiers, and no vendor positioned to hold the workflow hostage.
Outcome
The agency runs its outbound operation on software it owns, with the recurring tool spend it replaced removed from the budget.
